When you are ready to make your chosen reservation, we will work with you to complete a Reservation Form. At this time, we will discuss reservation fees, expected handover dates and cancellation policy.

We will maintain regular contact with you through the buying process to ensure that you are fully informed along the way. Our team will always be available to answer any questions, inform you of any changes and keep you updated on progress.

Personalisation

We will liaise closely with you help you personalise your new home. Our sales team will inform you what options are available on your particular plot.

Handover

Once the purchase of your new home has completed, a member of our sales team will meet you at the property to hand-over keys, take meter readings and answer any questions you have. At this time, we will also carefully check your home with you to ensure you are happy.

Aftercare

We strive to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction and that is why our team will always be there to deal with any aftercare queries. For extra piece of mind, all of our homes come with a Warranty to protect against any structural defects.
